Job Description:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment goals and plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred but not required for outstanding candidates.
