• Conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborating on care plans

The successful Registered Nurse applicant will need a current and unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license and at least one year of experience in home health nursing. You will also require:

• A minimum of six months of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment
