Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care facility, ensuring that all functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise staff and ensure that residents receive high-quality care, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain facility operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
- Ensure that the facility adheres to all licensing and certification requirements, preparing for inspections and audits.
- Monitor the quality of care provided to residents and implement improvements as needed to enhance service delivery.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, promoting a positive, team-oriented environment.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator License in Wisconsin required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Experience in Long-Term Care Management preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in Long Term Care or Nursing Home Administration.
- Experience managing staff, operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, financial statements, and resource planning.
