The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for performing chemical, biological, hematological, immunological and microscopic procedures and analyzing test results for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Those with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and excellent organizational skills will thrive in this role. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform tests according to standard operating procedures
• Analyze test results with precision and accuracy
• Identify and troubleshoot issues
• Research and develop new ways of testing
• Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained
• Report test findings accurately

Education + Certification Requirements: 

• Must have a certification from the ASCP or state equivalent
• Bachelor of Science in a Medical Technology-related field
• Must be comfortable with microscope work
• Must have a current license and certification
• Must be willing to stay up-to-date with latest technology and techniques
