Job Details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking
• Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens for diagnostic testing
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of lab results
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Education & Certification Requirements:

• ASCP Certification (MT, MLT, or CLS) REQUIRED
• Montana State License REQUIRED
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience preferred
