Job Responsibilities:
- Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking
- Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens for diagnostic testing
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of lab results
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Education & Certification Requirements:
- ASCP Certification (MT, MLT, or CLS) REQUIRED
- Montana State License REQUIRED
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience preferred
