MRI Technologist - Hendersonville, NC

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our client’s outpatient hospital in Hendersonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in MRI scanning and certification in the field. Job Responsibilities
• Utilizing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment to create images of patient’s organs and tissues
• Execute X-ray and fluoroscopic exams per the patient’s diagnosis
• Appropriately document images and patient information
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to the MRI process and quickly report them to the physician
• Ensure MRI equipment is operational and safe for procedures
• Participate in Continuing Education courses and workshops
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations

Education + Certification Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in Radiology or related field
• Licensed in the state of North Carolina or be eligible for licensure
• National certification in Radiology
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• MRI Safety course completion
