Job Description:

Provide direct patient care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
-
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic tests
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
-
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery processes
-
Document all patient interactions in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
-
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients
Requirements:
-
Active RN license – Nebraska or compact state
-
Minimum of 2 years recent Medical Surgical nursing experience required
-
BLS required, ACLS preferred
-
Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
-
Prior experience in a rural or critical access setting is a plus
