Position: Full-Time Medical Lab Technician
Location: Lafayette, IN
Shift: Day Shift
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently partnered with a leading healthcare facility in Lafayette, IN, seeking a dedicated Full-Time Medical Lab Technician to join their dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Perform laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Prepare specimens and samples.
- Analyze chemical content of fluids.
- Cross-match blood for transfusions.
- Maintain accurate records of tests and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred.
