Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
