Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Participate in educational programs and training to stay updated on healthcare best practices.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Alabama.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
