Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS are a plus.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Other Requirements: Valid NE RN license, ability to work flexible shifts, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg care to adult patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient condition and responses to treatments, documenting findings accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to hospital protocols.
