Job Description
As a Med/Surg RN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct patient care to individuals with various medical and surgical needs. Your expertise and commitment will help ensure the highest quality of care while supporting the overall wellness of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for med/surg patients
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and protocols
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Certification: Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire; BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
