- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests, record patient progress, and update medical records.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly, providing high-level patient care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Kansas or eligible for licensure.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med/Surg nursing role preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge, with excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
