Job Description:
We are excited to welcome a dedicated and skilled Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to our client's healthcare team in Medford, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to expand your skills, explore new locations, and make a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy.
  • Analyze and interpret results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely lab results.
  • Maintain detailed records of tests, results, and patient information.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Valid and current state license as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT).
  • Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
  • Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
  • Previous travel/contract experience preferred but not required.
