Medical Technologist - Generalist - Ellensburg, WA

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Medical Technologist Generalist to join our client’s team in Ellensburg, WA. This role offers a 8 on 6 off schedule, with 10 hour shifts. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through thorough quality control measures.

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to analyze test results and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all laboratory activities.

• Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

• Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist is required.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
