Job Title: Medical Technologist in Flagstaff, Arizona

As a Medical Technologist, you will perform complex laboratory tests, analyze and interpret results, and ensure that equipment is functioning correctly. Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret various diagnostic tests to provide accurate results
• Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Record and report results accurately and efficiently

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in laboratory science

Requirements:

• Degree in Medical Technology or related field 
• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (CAN BE MT OR MLT) by ASCP or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, but new grads are welcome to apply 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
