Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) to join our partner's healthcare team in Hutchinson, KS. As a vital member of the laboratory team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely laboratory test results, contributing to patient diagnoses and treatment plans.

Job Description:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on various specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights and recommendations
• Adhere to established laboratory policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
• ASCP certification or equivalent (MT/MLT)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
