Job Description:

• Perform various medical laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Conduct chemical analyses of body fluids, such as blood and urine, using microscope or automatic analyzer to detect abnormalities or diseases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment ensuring accuracy of tests and results.
• Document and report test results accurately and timely.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized accrediting agency preferred.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by regulations.
