- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: ASCP Generalist Certification or equivalent, Licensure as required by Pennsylvania state regulations
- Experience Requirements: No minimum experience required; however, ASCP Generalist experience is preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, good communication skills
