Job Description:
As an MT/MLT, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, accurately analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting various laboratory procedures, including but not limited to hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and immunology. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and laboratory regulations.
• Document and report test results efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret data and provide valuable insights.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness within the laboratory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field for MT position.
• Associate degree or certification from an accredited MLT program for MLT position.
• Current certification (MT/MLT) from ASCP or other recognized certifying body.
• Microbiology experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
