Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents, following facility protocols and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor and document residents' responses to medications.

  • Maintain up-to-date medication records and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.

  • Assist with daily living activities, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, residents, and families regarding care and medication needs.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with a schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week.

  • Immediate start date.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certifications: Active Medication Technician certification and valid license (if required by Washington State regulations). WA CNA License also accepted!

  • CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.

  • Previous experience in a long-term care setting is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
