Job Description:
As a Travel RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions. You’ll implement treatment plans, track progress, and provide compassionate, consistent care to patients in a therapeutic setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision of a BCBA
-
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
-
Collect data on client behavior and progress
-
Collaborate with therapy team to ensure quality and consistency of care
-
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
-
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
Qualifications:

Certification: Active Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification – Required

Education: High School Diploma or GED – Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field – Preferred
Experience: 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities – Preferred
Other Requirements:
Current CPR Certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to commit to full 13-week assignment
