Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in healthcare placements, is seeking a Travel Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for an exciting opportunity in Southern California. This is a great chance to join a collaborative therapy clinic team focused on behavioral health and rehabilitation.

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

  • Shift: Day Shift – 5x10s (Mon–Fri)

  • Setting: Outpatient Rehab & Therapy Clinics

  • Location: Southern California

  • Start Date: ASAP or Upon Credentialing

Job Description:

As a Travel RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions. You’ll implement treatment plans, track progress, and provide compassionate, consistent care to patients in a therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision of a BCBA

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Collect data on client behavior and progress

  • Collaborate with therapy team to ensure quality and consistency of care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Active Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification – Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED – Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field – Preferred

  • Experience: 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities – Preferred

  • Other Requirements:

  • Current CPR Certification

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to commit to full 13-week assignment
