Travel Neonatal Registered Nurse (RN – NICU) - Philadelphia, PA

Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Neonatal Registered Nurse (NICU RN) for an 8-week contract assignment with one of our trusted hospital partners in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional care to newborns in critical condition.

Assignment Overview:

  • Contract Length: 8 Weeks

  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Schedule: Every 3rd weekend required

  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,550/week (based on experience)

Job Description:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to neonates in a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU

  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage specialized equipment

  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists

  • Provide family education and emotional support during critical care situations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital and NICU protocols

  • Participate in care team meetings and help develop individualized treatment plans

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact license

  • AHA BLS and NRP certifications required

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience preferred

  • Prior travel experience is a plus
