Full-Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Palm Springs, CA
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join the imaging team at a prestigious medical facility in Palm Springs, CA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional looking to advance their career in a supportive, innovative environment that prioritizes patient care and clinical excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures
- Operate gamma cameras and other imaging equipment accurately and safely
- Prepare and position patients for imaging studies
- Analyze images and provide data to radiologists and referring physicians
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, radiation protection standards, and hospital policies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams for optimal patient care
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB certification required
- California Radiologic Technologist License required
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but open to qualified new grads
