Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), CNA certification in Michigan
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of prior CNA experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Other Requirements: Ability to work rotating weekends, strong communication skills, physical stamina for patient care, reliable transportation, compassionate attitude
