Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and hygiene care.
  • Document patient observations and care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individual patient care plans.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during shifts.
