- Certifications Requirements: CNA certification in Minnesota, CPR certification, and First Aid certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
- Other Requirements: Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; no sandals or Crocs; reliable transportation preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Administer direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and hygiene care.
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individual patient care plans.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
