Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA certification, CPR certification, and Medicaid vaccination compliance.
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent CNA experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work rotating weekends, flexible shift availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care following CNA scope of practice, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor patient vitals and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and observations.
