- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota, CPR certification, First Aid certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience, prior experience working with elderly residents, experience with vital sign monitoring
- Other Requirements: Ability to lift and support residents, strong communication and compassionate skills, adaptability to shift schedules
