Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota, CPR certification, First Aid certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience, prior experience working with elderly residents, experience with vital sign monitoring
  • Other Requirements: Ability to lift and support residents, strong communication and compassionate skills, adaptability to shift schedules

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and document vital signs accurately, reporting any significant changes to nursing staff promptly.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
