Job Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
