Your Role

Support elderly residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and meals

Help with essential daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and feeding

Take and document vital signs, notifying nursing staff of any notable changes

Promote resident safety by keeping living spaces clean and hazard-free

Provide companionship and emotional comfort to residents
Requirements

CNA license valid in the state of Minnesota

A deep desire to provide high-quality care to seniors

Strong communication skills and empathy

Prior LTC experience is preferred
