NURSE PRACTITIONER 

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a community-based facility near Selma, Alabama. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of around $100,000 per year, which is negotiable based on years of experience. Additionally, relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are being offered to eligible candidates.

The FNP will be responsible for providing patient-centered care and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This includes evaluating and treating patients, documenting patient care, and responding to patient inquiries. The FNP will also be responsible for resolving conflicts, managing clinical and non-clinical tasks, and adapting to new models of patient care.

Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English. They must also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a State of Alabama Nurse Practitioner license, and have at least 2 years of experience. Current BLS certification is also required.
