As a vital member of our medical team, you'll provide exceptional care across Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed units. Your expertise and compassionate nature will ensure patients receive the best treatment possible.
Required Skills:
- Montana RN license or Compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of strong Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed experience
- Excellent clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications such as NRP, TNCC, or PALS
- Experience in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Current Montana Registered Nurse license or compact state license
- 2 or more years of hands-on experience in Med/Surg, ER, or Swing Beds
Other Requirements:
- Must have strong acute care experience
- Ability to pass necessary certifications; details to be discussed
- Willingness to work night shifts
- No on-call or callback requirements
- Additional facility-specific requirements to be discussed upon interview
