Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid nursing license issued by the state of Idaho
- Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, ECG Certification (if applicable), and LTC experience
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent Long-Term Care nursing experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work daytime shifts from 6a-6p, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and facility policies.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff to coordinate resident care and optimize outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations, including documenting incidents and reporting issues promptly.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, medication administration, and available resources to promote well-being and satisfaction.
