Position Highlights:

Location: Near Jefferson, Iowa

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (40 hours scheduled)

Setting: Critical Access Hospital

Start Date: ASAP or upon credentialing

Travel Stipends Available
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care in med-surg, ER, or swing-bed units as needed
-
Monitor, assess, and record patient symptoms and progress
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
-
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
-
Provide timely and effective communication with patients and families
Education & Certification Requirements:
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Iowa or Compact
-
Minimum of 1 year RN experience; Critical Access or rural health preferred
-
BLS and ACLS certifications required
-
TNCC or PALS preferred but not required
