- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care by preparing and maintaining a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesia providers, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care throughout the operative process.
- Monitor and assess patient vitals and responses during surgery, alerting the team to any complications.
- Document all patient information accurately in Epic electronic health records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Assist with patient advocacy and education, ensuring all pre-operative and post-operative instructions are clearly communicated.
