Job Description

Travel ER/Med Surg RN – Critical Access Hospital – Pilot Knob, MO
Night Shift | 3x12s | 13-Week Contract | Up to $2,400 Weekly

Connected Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Travel Emergency Room (ER) RNs and Medical Surgical (Med Surg) RNs to join a trusted Critical Access Hospital near Pilot Knob, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for nurses who thrive in a small hospital setting where flexibility, independence, and teamwork make all the difference.

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Shift: Nights (3x12s, 36 hours/week scheduled)

  • Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital

  • Pay: Up to $2,400 per week

  • Specialties Needed: Emergency Room RN or Medical Surgical RN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, quality nursing care to patients in ER or Med Surg units

  • Perform patient assessments and develop care plans

  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent patient needs

  • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications:

  • Active RN License – Compact or Missouri state license

  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent ER or Med Surg experience (Critical Access experience preferred)

  • BLS, ACLS required; PALS/TNCC preferred for ER RNs

  • Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
