- Education Requirements: Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification; Infection Control certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in long-term care or similar healthcare setting; Experience with night shifts and rotating weekends; Proven ability to manage patient care independently
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 hour night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
