Travel Rehab RN – Nights – Explore Oregon – Roseburg, OR
Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Rehab RN for a 3x12 night shift travel assignment near Roseburg, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive healthcare setting while enjoying the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

Care for patients undergoing physical rehabilitation and recovery

Assess patient conditions and modify care plans as necessary

Work collaboratively with therapists, case managers, and physicians

Manage medication schedules and perform wound care as needed

Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with facility policies
-
Provide compassionate, patient-centered support during recovery
Required Qualifications

Active RN license in Oregon (or compact state eligibility)
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum of 1 year RN experience, rehab or acute care experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
