Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Montana RN license or Compact license
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ER, Med/Surg, or Swing Bed experience
  • Other Requirements: Strong clinical skills, ability to adapt to hospital settings, excellent communication skills, flexibility in schedule, and ability to pass background checks and health screenings

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality acute care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions for ER, Med/Surg, and Swing Bed populations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication across departments.
  • Document patient information accurately in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to floating and schedule adjustments to meet facility needs and ensure continuous patient care.
