Travel Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC) – Harmony, MN
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,305 Weekly (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a highly regarded facility in Harmony, Minnesota. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who are passionate about patient care in a long-term setting and are looking to enjoy the small-town charm of southeastern Minnesota.
Position Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Compensation: Up to $2,305 per week (DOE)
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- On-Call/Call Back: None
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
- Charting: Matrix preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to long-term care residents with professionalism and compassion
- Pass medications accurately and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor patient conditions, document care, and update treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and families to promote the well-being of residents
- Support patients with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Education and Certification Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN License required
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- At least 1 year of LTC nursing experience required
- Familiarity with Matrix charting system preferred
