Job Description

Deliver high-quality nursing care to acute and critical access patients in a rural hospital setting

Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

Respond to emergencies with strong clinical judgment and rapid critical thinking

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes in electronic medical records

Provide patient education and support to families regarding treatment and recovery
Requirements

Active Montana RN license (or compact license accepted)
-
Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care or critical access RN experience

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Flexibility to adapt to a rural healthcare environment
Education and Certification

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred but not required)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Active RN license in Montana or compact state
