What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients on the medical-surgical floor, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Navigate EMR systems efficiently and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital standards.
- Float to Swing Bed and assist with patient recovery
Required Skills:
- Montana RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong Med/Surg and Swing Bed experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with float assignments
- Additional certifications or specialized training in acute care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a medical-surgical setting
Other Requirements:
- Must complete a second screening call
- Housing is available (optional), with pay adjustment based on housing choice
- Flexibility to adapt to the facility's evolving needs
