- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or related field
- Certifications Requirements: Valid NCLEX-RN license; Wound Care certification (e.g., CWCN or similar); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience with expertise in wound care
- Other Requirements: Full practice authority as a Nurse Practitioner; proficiency in amniotic wound care, diabetic, pressure, venous, and chronic wound treatment; excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Assess and develop individualized wound care plans utilizing expertise in amniotic membrane therapy, diabetic, pressure, venous, and chronic wound management.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based wound treatments through home health visits, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, and therapists, to optimize wound healing outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound management, prevention strategies, and proper care techniques to promote healing and reduce recurrence.
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately using the facility's EMR system, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations.
