Travel NP (Mobile Wound Care) - $3,150/week PRN

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with valid Illinois RN license
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Illinois;
Wound care certification (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience as a Nurse Practitioner;
Experience in amniotic wound care, diabetic, pressure, venous & chronic wound treatment;
Previous home health or mobile wound care experience is preferred
- Other Requirements: Full practice authority for Nurse Practitioners in Illinois;
Excellent communication and patient management skills;
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage appointment schedules

Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients' wound conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and patient needs.
- Execute amniotic wound care procedures and manage diabetic, pressure, venous, and chronic wounds efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and proper documentation of treatments and progress.
- Educate patients and their families regarding wound care, preventive measures, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes while ensuring compliance with facility protocols and licensing requirements.
