Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid LPN license in Montana
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SwingBed experience, travel healthcare experience preferred
  • Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, include physical stamina and adaptability

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene to promote comfort and dignity.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while adhering to facility protocols.
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team promptly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations relevant to long-term care facilities.
