- Education Requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) (preferred but not mandatory), CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings and night shifts, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to dynamic environments

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients in long-term care facilities during evening and night shifts, ensuring personalized treatment plans are followed and patient needs are met.
- Monitor patient health status regularly, administer medications, and document all care provided accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, report changes, and implement care modifications as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements while delivering compassionate and professional nursing services.
