- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS); IV certification (optional but preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Long Term Care settings; experience with elder care or chronic illness management; proficiency in resident documentation and reporting
- Other Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible shifts; physical ability to stand for extended periods; strong attention to detail; reliable and team-oriented attitude
