Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or be eligible for licensure without restrictions
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent ER or Emergency Room nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to sign MRHC Supply Cabinet Keys document, flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and adherence to compliance and safety standards

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER setting during night shifts, following hospital protocols and procedures.
- Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately, prioritizing immediate care needs in a fast-paced trauma environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Document patient information, treatments, and interventions thoroughly and accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including signing MRHC Supply Cabinet Keys document as needed.
