As a Contract Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care in a long-term care setting. Job Description:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to obtain any necessary certifications or training specific to the facility
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: up to $65 per hour
- **Shift5-8 (evenings), 2pm-10:30pm
- Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours
- Job Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: August 26, 2025
