Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Certifications Requirements: WI RN License, BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong charting skills with EPIC, resilience, ability to manage change, and excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with various medical-surgical conditions in a hospital setting.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assess treatment responses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely in EPIC electronic health records system.
